Our Programs
Hope Reimagined
Our flagship program grants Second Wishes to children ages 10–18 facing life-threatening illnesses. Each second wish is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, joy, and meaningful moments to children and their families during some of their most difficult times
Wellness Reimagined - Launching 2026
Wellness Reimagined supports children ages 8–17 in East Tampa, Florida who are living with—or at risk of—Type 2 diabetes. The program provides a one-time wellness gift and a hands-on nutrition class to address food insecurity and teach lifelong healthy habits—laying the foundation for lasting health, hope, and self-confidence.
Remembering "D"
Remembering D tells the story of Demetrius and the ungranted Second Wish that inspired the founding of A Second Wish By Demetrius—so that no child’s second wish is ever forgotten.

This section honors children whose Second Wishes continue to live on as cherished memories for their families.
